Introduction

My interest in aesthetic dermatology roots back to my childhood. Women in my family have always looked after themselves, which meant that I was around hair-rollers, red lipsticks, cosmetics and luxurious fragrances that eventually sparked my interest towards beauty and particularly: skincare. 

I was also struggling with acne in my teenage years which encouraged me to get more knowledge in this area and try several treatments. My persistent interest led me to London, where I began to work as a doctor’s assistant and a skin therapist at the prestigious Dr Joney de Souza aesthetic dermatology clinic. I had the luck to meet with worldwide known celebrities and singers, including Kate Moss and Lily Allen who were my personal clients. 

Since the beginning of my career, I worked with 10 different cosmeceutical brands, however, out of all, Zo Skin Health has been proven to bring the best results. Therefore, I show true commitment to this brand, and of course my patients as well. I believe that the key to successful skin therapy lies within adequate patient education and ongoing supervision and support that I happily provide to all patients who turn to me for help.

As a skin therapist, I believe that a daily skincare routine with cosmeceutical products is part of healthy and successful ageing. As a health psychologist, I support that healthy skin leads to increased self-esteem which allows us to feel healthier, younger and of course, more confident. With 10 years of experience in this field, it is my mission to give back the confidence to my patients that lies within themselves, but it needs a little nudge to truly come through!
