Dr. Jancsó Máté
Plastic Surgeon

Introduction
I have been involved in plastic surgery since 2012, I started my career as a volunteer assistant at the Department of Plastic and Burn Surgery of the Honvéd Hospital, while I carried out scientific activities by comparing different plastic surgery methods.
During my professional internships over the past decade, it was important for me to acquire multifaceted knowledge, so during the months spent abroad (2014 Russia, 2015 Japan) I represented the profession on several topics, initially as a participant and in recent years as a lecturer. As the author of a foreign and hungarian textbook chapter on reconstructive surgery (among other things, restoration with own fat and negative pressure therapy), my aesthetic activity has always been characterized by the dual approach that is also present in plastic surgery, since appearance cannot be separated from function, therefore for both areas similar attention should be paid.
Until my plastic and burn surgery specialist exam, I performed or assisted almost 1,000 operations under anesthesia, which I perform with the same humility to this day, even within the ranks of Semmelweis University since last year. In addition to up-to-date knowledge, I like to combine borderline care, thus combining my unique laser experience with surgical interventions to shape my professional activity into a dynamic unit.
My ars poetica is to focus on the patients' problems, to create an individualized atmosphere that takes all aspects into account, treating patients as partners, and to ensure doctor-patient communication of the right quality for successful cooperation.
