Hermina Csipak

Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Food Engineer

Hermina Csipak

Introduction

I obtained my degree in Dietetics and later completed a postgraduate specialization in Sports Dietetics at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs. During my studies, I aimed not only to understand how proper nutrition helps us maintain our health, but also how we can create foods that truly support our well-being. Therefore, I also completed a Master’s degree in Food Engineering at the University of Szeged.

In my professional work, I support my patients in achieving their nutritional and health-related goals, while tailoring the entire process to their individual lifestyle, eating habits, preferences, and daily circumstances.

As a dietitian, I consider it essential that the process of change involves as little restriction as possible, while providing as many positive and successful experiences as possible.
