Buttock Lift Surgery
You don't have to spend the rest of your life with flat bottoms and drooping skin. With a butt lift, we can transform your figure - your buttocks can be rounder and tighter!
NextCurvy and contoured buttocks with plastic surgery
Aging, weight changes, lifestyle and genetics determine the size, shape and form of our buttocks. Over the years and due to weight fluctuations, the skin in the bottom area also loses elasticity, sags and sometimes stretches. And in some situations, exercise is not enough to keep the buttocks firm and toned.
Plastic surgery, however, can make aesthetic changes to the bottom, so you can have the bum you desire.
Plastic surgery for a more pleasing figure
A buttock lift is a permanent and effective way to remodel the size, shape and contour of your bottom. A buttock lift can be combined with other plastic surgery procedures (such as a thigh lift or a tummy tuck) to treat multiple areas in one surgery.
The following can be achieved through the procedure:
- Increase or decrease the size of your buttocks according to your needs.
- Remove sagging, overstretched skin.
- Remove unwanted fat tissue by liposuction.
- We'll create a more contoured shape, so your buttocks will fit your body proportions better.
- We achieve a natural effect and result.
We can achieve a round and curvy buttocks using different methods, which can be combined as required.
Buttocks lift to treat sagging skin
A buttock lift is a procedure to correct the stretched skin and connective tissue, leaving the buttocks slightly smaller but much more rounded and firm. The surgery involves liposuction to remove excess fat tissue, excise the excess skin, tighten the structural connective tissues and lift the buttocks outline.
Buttock augmentation for a fuller bum
Buttock augmentation involves increasing the size of a flat, unshaped and skinny buttock. This can be done in different ways: by using buttock implants, using your own body fat or by using hyaluronic acid fillers.
Buttock lift with implants
An incision is made between the butt cheeks and a permanent, semi-solid silicone implant is inserted between the muscles of the buttocks, with liposuction if necessary to achieve the correct shape and form.
Buttocks lift with liposuction
Also known as Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), liposuction is first performed on other areas of the body (thighs, hips, abdomen) and then the extracted fat is injected into the buttocks and hips. This creates a lifted, fuller, more curvy, essentially hourglass shape.
Buttocks lift with hyaluronic acid filler(non-surgical)
Macrolene filler is injected into the connective tissue and between the muscles. A less invasive buttock lift is performed with the hyaluronic acid fillers, which is also familiar to the body. It is recommended for those who want a smaller increase in size, as the treatment results in less obvious changes and the effects start to diminish after 1 year. However, no major surgery is required, no surgical scars remain and recovery time is way shorter.
Procedure
During the consultation, we will discuss the procedure options, possible side effects, aftercare and your individual treatment plan to achieve the best possible result for you. You will need to have preliminary tests to rule out any possible complications. This will involve laboratory tests, an ECG and X-rays.
In most cases, the operation lasts 1-2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia. We will perform the procedure according to the chosen method of buttock lift. If necessary, drain tubes will be inserted to remove any blood and discharge. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a compression garment that you will need to wear for at least 6 weeks.
You will spend at least 1 night in the clinic, after which you will be discharged with an accompanying adult.

Buttock lift is recommended for those who:
- are unsatisfied with the size, shape or form of their buttocks,
- have sagging skin on the buttocks due to weight loss or aging,
- would like to improve their overall figure to look better proportioned.
The results of a buttocks lift (plastic surgery) are visible almost immediately, but the final results will be achieved after the full recovery period which is approximately 3-6 months.
You need to stop smoking and using any nicotine-containing products for 1 month before the operation, as nicotine can cause serious complications and slow down the healing process. Stop taking anticoagulant medications, vitamin C, selenium, zinc, ginkgo biloba and herbal supplements a few days before the operation. In addition, alcohol consumption should be avoided during the pre-operative period. On the other hand, you should drink plenty of water to keep your body properly hydrated.
The post-operative healing period is 2 weeks, during which time you can't sit on your bottom or lie on your back at all, you won't be able to move around much, or get in a car or public transport, so it's important to have help for the first few weeks. You should wait at least 2 months after the post-op healing period for a complete recovery.
Swelling, bruising and pain in the treated area may occur in the weeks after the surgery, so we recommend cooling and icing the area. At the end of the operation you will be given a compression garment to wear for 6 weeks.
- We recommend plenty of rest for 2 weeks, as well as a nutritious diet and proper hydration.
- You need to avoid sitting and lying on your back for 2 weeks as pressure can compromise the outcome of the surgery. After that you will be able to sit on a special doughnut-shaped pillow.
- During the first time you will feel pain when you move around, so we strongly recommend taking painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications.
- For 1 month you must avoid any hard physical activity, exercise, lifting and bending.
- After about 6 weeks you can start exercising again, but only by slowly increasing the intensity of your exercise.
- It is not recommended to smoke, use nicotine-containing products or drink alcohol in the weeks after the surgery.
- Avoid solarium and sunbathing for at least 1 year.
Buttocks lift is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation, febrile illness or acute illness. In addition, you should consult a specialist before the operation if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease or other serious health problems.
