A subtle adjustment to the brow shape
A modest lift of the outer brow may give the eye area a more open appearance. A Botox brow lift works by changing the balance of muscle activity; the possible degree of change is limited by individual anatomy.
At Zenon Clinic, the forehead and eye area are assessed together before treatment. Brow lifting has a separate price-list entry and can be discussed as a distinct goal alongside wrinkle treatment. A Botox appointment or an initial aesthetic consultation is available.
A Botox brow lift or another approach?
Botox does not remove excess skin and does not replace eyelid surgery. Brow position, the condition of the eyelids and forehead muscle activity help determine whether injections are suitable.
Forehead and frown-line treatment has a different goal from shaping the brow, even though the areas are connected. A particular degree of lift or complete symmetry cannot be guaranteed.
Lip flip, gummy smile and mouth corners
A lip flip affects the position of the upper lip without adding filler. Hyaluronic acid lip fillers instead address volume and shape. These approaches are not interchangeable.
Gummy-smile treatment may reduce activity in the muscles that lift the upper lip when muscle movement contributes to the concern. Treating the muscle that pulls a mouth corner down is a different correction. Each requires its own suitability assessment, including consideration of temporary changes to mouth movement.
Chin, neck and the treatment process
Muscle-related chin dimpling and neck bands are further options that require separate assessment. A Nefertiti neck lift is not a surgical neck lift and does not remove excess skin.
After consultation, cleansing and disinfection, the doctor injects the selected muscles. Bruising, tenderness, temporary asymmetry or muscle weakness may occur. Treatment around the eyes can also cause brow or eyelid drooping. Effects develop gradually, are temporary and need to be assessed according to the chosen correction.

There is no measurement that applies to every face. Starting brow position, forehead movement and tissue condition determine the possibilities.
A subtle change in brow position does not remove excess eyelid skin. Examination is needed to distinguish these concerns; Botox is not an automatic alternative to eyelid surgery.

A lip flip uses botulinum toxin to affect lip movement and outward position. Hyaluronic acid filler adds material to the tissue. The choice depends on the desired shape and volume.

Muscle activity is not always the main cause. Lip, tooth, gum and jaw anatomy also matter; suitability requires an individual examination.

Yes. Temporary weakening of neighbouring muscles can cause these changes. New or troublesome changes around the eyes, smile or mouth movement should be reported to the treating doctor.
Previous botulinum toxin treatment, medical conditions, allergies, medicines and supplements, and pregnancy or breastfeeding should be disclosed. Medication changes require agreement with the prescribing clinician.
Unusual or worsening symptoms require contact with the treating doctor. Difficulty swallowing, speaking or breathing requires immediate medical attention.
