Eszter Lóki
Psychologist

Introduction
I have studied at several institutions, including Károli Gáspár Reformed University, where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and Eötvös Loránd University, where I majored in counselling and school psychology, I studied autogenic training and relaxation methods at the Hungarian Association for Relaxation and Symbolic Therapy, and I am currently studying to become a consultant in Schema Therapy at the Centre for Cognitive and Somatotherapy and a psychologist specialising in management and organisational development and occupational psychology at the ELTE.
As a psychologist, I work in both individual and group settings with the aim of creating a space for an accepting and safe atmosphere in which my clients can comfortably unfold and develop through their individual strengths and values.
In addition to my person-centered and positive psychological principles, I use relaxation methods and art therapy elements as an expression of ongoing physical, spiritual and mental growth and learning. I actively seek out opportunities to learn new methods and skills and am constantly expanding my professional repertoire.
The services I provide are specifically targeted to both young adolescents and adults, using a holistic approach to support them in achieving psychological well-being.
I cover a wide range of topics from general psychoeducation, life coaching and relationship counselling to stress management, health counselling and grief counselling. These services are available in English and Hungarian, in person and online. My experience includes such prestigious places as the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design and the Benyovszky Medical Centre. I have worked in several positions, for example at Safespace, where I taught autogenic training and relaxation exercises, as well as led art therapy groups. I also volunteered as a psychologist for initiatives such as Helpers and Sulinyugi.
